After both of my parents passed away, I was faced with the difficult task of selling their home. Although I did not know Lacey beforehand, she sent a handwritten sympathy card after my father passes away, offering her condolences and assistance if I needed help selling the property. In a time when so much communication is impersonal, that thoughtful gesture truly stood out to me. I decided to work with Lacey to sell my parents' house, and it was absolutely the right decision. She shared my enthusiasm and appreciation for special features of the property, which meant a lot to me. Lacey P - so many amazing I could say about her. She’s such a hard worker. She really looks out for her clients and makes you feel like you’re not alone during the process. I don’t mean paperwork process, but also what is required to make deals happen. She’s knowledgeable, she has so much experience to tell you right off the bat if a deal will be good or bad. She gets to know you personally so you actually feel like you have family walking with you during your tours and not just someone there to make money off of you. She’s there for you throughout the entire process and never makes you feel left out or in the dark. If there’s an update you know. If there’s an issue she lets you know with a plan to fix it in the same sentence. I can’t tell you how many times Lacey has said to me “It’s okay! We’ll make this work!” Lacey will always be my go to for any real estate needs. She’s an excellent realtor and an even better friend. We can’t thank her enough!
